AD & Google Integration
Problem & Solution
CURRENT STATE
New employees are added to Active Directory, then manually registered again.
Google Workspace department structures are not reflected in the platform.
Access for departed employees awaits manual closure, creating security risks.
User data becomes inconsistent between the two systems.
IT repeats the same onboarding tasks every time, leading to wasted time.

WITH CHEETAH
AD & Google Integration
Users added to AD or Google are automatically transferred.
Organizational units and groups are automatically mapped to roles.
Account deletion or deactivation is reflected instantly.
Single source of truth — the two systems never become inconsistent.
IT manages hundreds of users with zero manual effort.
Features and Benefits
Two Sources, One Platform,
Zero Manual Effort.
Active Directory Integration
All users, groups, and organizational units in Microsoft Active Directory are automatically transferred to Cheetah. Every change made in AD—additions, updates, deletions—is instantly reflected in the platform.
AD User Migration
Google Workspace Integration
Easily transfer your Google Workspace organizational units and user groups to Cheetah. Continue managing through Google Admin; synchronize all updates in real-time.
Google Integration
Bidirectional Group & Role Mapping
AD groups or Google organizational units are mapped directly to Cheetah roles. When a user is added to a new group in AD, permissions are automatically updated.
Automated Role Mapping
Step by Step
How Does AD & Google Integration Work?
Connect the Source
Define your AD server details or Google Workspace account in the Cheetah Platform. Both sources can be connected simultaneously.
Map the Groups
Map AD groups or Google organizational units to Cheetah roles. Do it once; the platform manages it automatically.
Start the Initial Migration
All existing users are moved to Cheetah with a one-time bulk transfer. Roles and group memberships are preserved during the migration.
Synchronization Takes Over
From now on, every change—new users, group updates, account deletions—is automatically reflected in Cheetah. IT no longer needs to intervene.
Usage Scenarios
Who Uses AD & Google Integration?
IT Manager
Multi-Location Structures
We had a different AD structure at every branch. With Google integration, I centrally transferred all users from all locations to Cheetah. Now, I can see who is at which branch from a single screen.
Centralized User Management Achieved
Systems & Infrastructure Team
Digital Transformation Projects
The company migrated from Microsoft to Google Workspace. Instead of redefining all users in Cheetah during the transition, I simply updated the Google integration, and everything was transferred automatically.
Seamless Transition Completed
Operations Director
Fast-growing Companies
We add 20–30 new employees every month. Without Google integration, manual registration at this speed would have been impossible. Now, HR adds them to Google, and they automatically appear in Cheetah.

F.A.Q
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Google integration?
Google integration is a feature of the Cheetah Low-Code Platform that automatically transfers and synchronizes user and group information from Google Workspace. Changes made in Google Admin are automatically reflected in Cheetah, requiring no manual intervention.
Which Google Workspace edition is required for synchronization?
All editions from Google Workspace Business Starter and above are supported. A Google Admin account and Directory API access are sufficient for Google integration. No additional product purchase is required.
Can AD and Google integration be used simultaneously?
Yes. In hybrid environments, both sources can be active at the same time. If some departments are managed via AD and others via Google Workspace, both structures are transferred to Cheetah in parallel.
How often does synchronization occur?
The synchronization interval is configured via the Cheetah management panel. Instant (webhook-based), hourly, or daily options are available. Critical operations such as account deletion and group changes are prioritized in instant synchronization.
Are all users from AD or Google transferred, or can specific groups be selected?
Both are possible. You can perform a bulk transfer of all users or map only specific Google organizational units or AD security groups. Selective transfer is recommended for efficient license management.
Are user passwords migrated during Google integration?
No. Passwords are never transferred. Users continue to use their Google accounts for authentication. Cheetah does not store passwords; it delegates authentication to Google.
How does Google integration differ from LDAP authentication?
Google integration focuses on how users are transferred to the platform and kept up to date. LDAP authentication, on the other hand, concerns how users log in. These two features complement each other and can be used together.
